The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone touted to be an iPhone competitor was released on Oct 3. The Nokia 5800, also known as the Tube is the first full-touch operated Symbian Series 60 handset from Nokia. This phone has been generating a lot of buzz in the industry, it also made an appearance in the recent Batman movie, The Dark Knight.

The iPhone killer from Nokia has three buttons on the front panel - Talk, Menu control, and End. The 3.2-inch haptic touchscreen display offers a widescreen 640 x 360 pixel resolution, and features acceleration sensor for Automatic Screen Rotation (ASR) and 3D Image engine. The Nokia touchscreen 5800 phone also features a ‘Media Bar’ drop-down menu for easy access to favorite media applications such as music, videos, and photos is provided.
