The latest version of VLC player is finally available for download after being under development for 2 years. Version 0.9.2 has a cool new look and features like album art support, metadata tags editor etc. You can now play almost all types of video files.

With the latest version, you can watch YouTube videos directly on VLC, all you need is the URL! What’s more, this player also works with Last.fm, Scrobbler, Google videos and Daily Motion!

VLC Media Player V 0.9.2 is kind of slower than the previous version which I assume is because of the enhanced UI. However you can be rest assured that it is much better than it’s previous version and therefore much ahead of it’s competition! It’s definitely worth a try, though.
