If you’re using Windows, you might have begun to get jealous of your Linux friends showing off Compiz Fusion, a window manager that allows you to turn your desktop into a multi-workspace monster – in 3D!
Tokyodownstairs has made something called “DeskHedron”, which allows you to add workspaces from a 3D interface and view them on a polyhedron, while moving windows around between workspaces.

Download and Run DeskHedron – no install
This open-source program doesn’t require any installation to run – just double click the executable, and a white box appears in your system tray. You can then use that for all your 3D desktop tricks.
DeskHedron, however, is only for single monitor setups, and won’t work with multiple monitors.

Download the software from here (150KB zip).
Just unzip it, run it, and unleash your desktop – switching desktops like a pro whilst listening to music!
