   Unfortunately, although your account is so called "deactivated", you are still able to log into your account. If you don't log into your account for 120 days, then the account 'may' be permanently removed/deleted so says hotmail. If you log in within 120 days, the account may be reactivated and used again, but all your contacts, messages, etc. from before will not be there. It sucks having to wait 120 days for it to officially be closed out.  I wanted mine closed out now =/</description>
